Intended Use :

This sandwich kit is for the accurate quantitative detection of Humancancer antigen 27-29 (alsoknown as CA 27-29) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, Ascites, tissue homogenates orother biological fluids.

Assay Principle

This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated withHumanCA 27-29 antibody. CA 27-29 presentin the sample is added andbinds to antibodies coatedon the wells. And then biotinylated HumanCA 27-29 Antibody is added and binds to CA 27-29 inthe sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CA 27-29antibody.USER INSTRUCTIONAfter incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substratesolution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of HumanCA 27-29. Thereaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
